I've been going to Billy Lim at MTH Salon on Taman Tun since I was in College 8 years ago. He gives a good haircut. And he takes appointment on whole week accepts Tuesdays as early as 10:00 mornings! It can be difficult to get an appointment with him, and he is busy with many hairdressing committee works and consultant to many salons and academies. My wife, my brother in law and I have been going to Billy at MTH Salon for years and years. He charge RM28 a hair cut for special package, and he does a fantastic job.
